1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MSP Triage ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MSP Triage provides AI-powered voice triage services for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Our service includes:

  • AI voice agent for answering support calls
  • Automatic issue categorization and prioritization
  • Ticket creation via webhook integration
  • Critical issue escalation
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans

  • Starter: $299/month - includes 500 minutes
  • Professional: $899/month - includes 2,000 minutes
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing for high-volume needs

4.2 Additional Minutes

Usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at $0.60 per additional minute. Our service is powered by Retell AI.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Additional minute charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle.

4.4 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MSP Triage and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Data Processing

By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

  • Voice calls will be processed by our AI system
  • Call data may be stored and analyzed to improve the Service
  • Ticket information will be transmitted via your configured webhooks
  • You are responsible for informing callers that calls may be recorded

8. Service Level

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MSP TRIAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MSP Triage from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be suspended
  • Outstanding charges will become immediately due
  • We may delete your data after 30 days

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brașov, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
